Why we built JondaX

We built it so no one else has to.

We tried building a personal health record and hit the same wall every health tech team hits. The data was not ready. Not the product idea. The infrastructure underneath it.

So we stopped building the PHR and started solving the real problem. JondaX is what we built, because every health tech team deserves a better starting point.

Built for Southeast Asia and beyond, where interoperability gaps are sharpest and the need for better outcomes is greatest. The languages, the regulatory frameworks, and the data realities here are how JondaX works, not what it tolerates.

Compliance by design

HIPAA, GDPR, PDPA, and ISO 27001 are not checkboxes we added later. They are baked into how JondaX was built from day one. DPA and BAA auto-executed on signup.

Honesty over hype

We tell you what JondaX does and does not do. If we are not the right fit, we will say so. Trust is more valuable than a closed deal. What is live, what is in build, and what is on the roadmap is published.
